Zoland Humanitarian Aid Foundation was officially established on October 13, 2022, in Oklahoma City with a mission to serve the people of Zoland by alleviating hardships and improving their quality of life. The foundation emerged in response to the urgent needs of communities in Chin State, Myanmar, following the political crisis after the military coup in 2021. The socio-political instability led to displacement, economic hardship, and a lack of access to essential services, particularly in Zoland (Chin State). Recognizing these challenges, the foundation took action to provide humanitarian aid, healthcare, and educational support.

Since its inception, the foundation has successfully carried out multiple projects, including emergency relief for displaced families, medical support for rural communities, and the establishment of IT training centers in partnership with Techno Valley IT Education Center. Through these initiatives, Zoland Humanitarian Aid Foundation continues to play a vital role in rebuilding lives of the people in Zoland.
